The problem
Mock GPS apps are free. A full beat can be "completed" from a couch. If your reporting cannot tell the difference, you are paying salaries against claims.
The product
One tap to check in. The phone records where it is at that moment and nothing else, so there is no tracking through the day. The time comes from the server, which means a visit cannot be backdated.
Photos are taken live in the app, watermarked, and attached to the exact question they answer. The form is filled in the outlet and works without network.
Every visit is graded clean, suspect or spoofed. Flagged visits are held until a person approves or rejects them, and a program can hold every visit for review. Nothing enters your numbers until it is approved.
Around the visit
Verification is the reason to switch. These are the reasons reps and supervisors keep using it.
Reps capture everything offline. Sync happens in the background when a signal returns. If the phone dies mid-visit, the work is still on the phone when it comes back.
Build the audit yourself: single and multi-select, photos, numbers, conditional questions, repeating sections. Forms are versioned, so old answers never break. Mystery audit, availability check, retailer enrolment, freezer audit: same tool.

Every visit can wait for approval. A rejection reopens the outlet. Outlets added in the field always get a human look, with merge into an existing one when it is a duplicate.
A closed or missing outlet is recorded with a photo and a reason instead of vanishing. Reps can add outlets they find, and those get reviewed. The coverage number means what it says.
Selfie check-in, day-end checkout, location at those two moments and at each visit photo. The hours in between are not tracked.

The rep app
Reps install it from a link, enter a program code, and are working in under two minutes. No company phones, no Play Store account, no setup.
The phone asks once to allow installs from this source. That is normal for apps outside the store.

When a new version ships, the app tells the rep and links the new file. It installs over the old one and nothing on the phone is lost.

Your outlet Excel and rep list become the database, with duplicates and code clashes caught on import. There is no IT project.
