Evidence
Photos are taken live in the app, never uploaded from a gallery, and stamped with coordinates, time and outlet name before they leave the phone.

Each visit is graded clean, suspect or spoofed using signals like mock location apps, distance from the outlet and impossible travel between stops. Flags go to a human reviewer. Only approved visits count.
