What do I tell my reps?
That it shows them their own day: outlets covered, photos taken, work synced. Location is captured at check-in, at each photo and at checkout, never in between, and the app never shows a rep a verdict. It is built to be a tool for the rep, not a tracker on the rep.
What if a genuine visit gets flagged?
A flag is a signal, not a decision. A supervisor opens the evidence and approves it, and the visit enters the report like any other. Rejections need a written reason. Nothing is held against a rep automatically.
What happens to the Excel reports my brands already accept?
Your outlet master imports as it is. Reports export to Excel with the columns you choose, with a signed photo link on every row, so the format your brands know keeps working and gains evidence.
What about bench reps between projects?
